I had to make a paddle-making decision!
Now that I knew how to build a paddle, and how easy it could be, I had a decision to make. Should I go into business making paddles or teach others how it's done?
Well, you know what I chose to do. I took what I learned and simplified stand up paddle buildling into 10 simple steps and illustrated the process with clear and concise drawings. Now they're all yours.

Prior to building paddles, the extent of my woodworking background. was that silly wooden clipboard that I made in woodshop in middle-school. My toolbox is just like yours. It has the typical stuff like screwdrivers, a hammer, a saw, and sandpaper. No fancy wood tools. Just the basics.
I don't have a woodshop.
In fact, my paddle making was done on the balcony of my condo up on the 4th floor of my building. All I needed was simple tools and some wood that I had stashed somewhere.
